Complete removal of old caulking
Many companies skip this step and simply apply new caulking on top of the old. That doesn’t last, and it looks messy. Even when others remove caulking, they often use electrical cutters that leave rough gaps.

Our method
We take the time to do it properly, using a cutter knife or chisel and hammer for old, hardened caulking. It’s more labor-intensive, but it guarantees clean gaps and the perfect base for a new seal.

Gap preparation
Depending on the gap size, we either use spray foam or install backer-rod, then finish with a neat, professional bead of caulking.
